horrrible service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

its the 3rd week and my issue is still not resolved .they are still requesting a proof of payment .i sent an SMS in pdf format ,bank statement and a screenshot in pdf format of the transaction on my money app .i even went to the branch to request for a proof of payment and the branch told me they can only give me my bank statement as proof that R712 was paid to multi choice .i made the payment on https://payat.io/dstv/***3?utm_source=DSTV&utm_medium=Whatsapp&utm_campaign=bill surprisingly they are not aware of this link that's provided on the dstv WhatsApp chat .their staff is *********** and right now i have to pay another 800 to reconnect my services and yet my monthly fee is 450 .i feel ****med and multichoice needs to improve their horrible service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sadly i cannot even reverse the R712 that i paid for services which were not rendered.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! till today my payment is not reflecting howwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww ??????????????????????? when it show that it went off on my transaction list ...........somebody needs to investigate and do thier work
