HORROR SERVICE Akhona Nkonyane
I called in to reconnect and downgrade my account which I haven’t been paying or viewing in a while. Firstly the person it went thru to was silent at first. She then told me I cant downgrade and reconnect her name was Akhona Nkonyane, this call is on 45min as we speak. She has put me on hold for more than 30 minutes when I asked to speak to her manager she said his name is Austin but she doesnt know his surname how is that even possible? wht a horrible service who puts anyone on hold for so long my query is not even resolved. Please listen to this call and tell me if this is the service you pride yourself in?
