Horror Experience

I had a dstv account which I paid yearly by debit order sometime in 2013 my debit order did not go off , there was a problem at the bank and the bank did not inform me and multichoice did not inform me that the debit order bounced because that account is not my salary account I was not aware of the problem. Early 2014 my dstv was disconnected and when I called I was advised that my debit order had not been paid and I was owing 3800 multichoice had let me watch dstv for almost a year without advising that the debit order had bounced. I started to pay off the amount owing slowly as I was in unpaid maternity leave during this period. I have paid the full account however when I call multichoice to request that they remove my blacklisting at the credit bereau I get no joy. What is annoying is at no point did multichoice advise that I was owing money or that my details would be handed over to credit bereau to give me chance to rectify the situation. I am currently trying to apply for jobs but the bad credit issue keeps coming out subscribing to dstv has turned out to be a nightmare for me!
