Horrifying services and misleading consultants
I have a router with DSTV and moved it to my partners place in equestria Pretoria. The sim is getting locked every single day, I have called and been on their chat everyday. All consultants say the issue is now permanently sorted but 2 hours later the sim is locked again. I'm really tired of this now, the address is added but the sim still gets locked. Horrible service and empty promises.

16 Oct 2024, 14:28While's still waiting your response and solution to my complaint, my sim just got locked again. What kind of service is this, maybe I need to cancel my subscription and get a refund from multichoice because you keep locking the sim card.
