Horrifying bill

i'm so dissapointed in this service provider. My bill went from R649 compact plus package to R2000 Premium package and I'm not price lock and never paid fo the past 2 months but my bill goes up. They are charging me for service they never rendered. When I called in 2 months back the agents cannot even clarrify what they are charging me. They cannot even break down the invoice the only read what they see to you. whan you ask when and by who was the Premium package activated they say they will have to investigate and get back to you and no 1 will call you back. I need to get to the bottom of this. Can someone call me and give me some clarity as to what am I paying/ bille for. I cannot pay R2000 for TV/channels that I dont even watch. ***
