horrific service , they say you can cancel it anytime but that's not true

i have called your call center 4 times to cancel my showmax , i was advise to do it on app, which i had to downloead with my data and when i do it on app it kicks me out i have tried it 10 times on app with no success i am getting frustrated coz you can't assist me telephonically you keep me holding for a long time and knowone calls me back ***3
