Horrific mess with Price lock settlements

<p>H=I have been trying to get a settlement for my DSTV price lock for a month and a half. not one person commits to basic customer service. i need to cancel this pathetic service and its as though they are avoinding me to ensure they carry on getting money out of me. i am literally on the verge of going to the Consumer Protector! Unacceptable!</p>
