Horrific customer sevic

i purchased explora 3 at Dstv online store 27 may 2020 and till to this day i have yet to received my order . i have been sent to pillar to post but nothing has come out of it i have sent countless emails and called the call center so may times but still nothing .all i get is **** apologies and empty promise that does not mean nothing and i have requested refund but that seems to be a tall order for them as well . i am appalled by the disgusting service while they have my money . how hard it is to deliver a package or give me my money back .
