Horrific account debit order

We moved last week and had our DSTV moved to the new house. This morning I saw on my app that R3711.11 is going to be deducted from my bank account, and above that, on the 4th of May only R272.86 was deducted for my premium package instead of about R870. It is different each month. I have been trying to speak to a consultant the whole morning, but every possible option is outomated.
