Horrific!

I honestly don’t understand what is so hard to change banking details!!!!!! Why is it so hard? It’s 3 months now. I’ve been asking the same thing. I’ve sent documents as requested. When I call the documents are attached. Why is is so hard to change it?? Can someone explain this to me? This service is really ridiculous. Now my subscription is off cause of y’all’s incompetency. Is this the service you give to your loyal clients. I’ve never missed a payment! Ever! I asked for a simple thing. To please change banking details. The whole company is failing. Wow!
