Horrid service

This is my second complaint on Hello Peter and DSTV said they are resolving it. Weeks later I'm still fighting a loosing battle.

The service I'm receiving is pathetic I'm I'm really gatvol. I've wasted so much time and money on trying to resolve this.

I was told that I'd be contacted and everytime no one is contacting me. Instead I'm always calling for feedback of which they never have.

I won premium viewing on their wheel of happiness, that has now turned into a nightmare because my account is messed up. Can someone actually call and fix this nonsense. Yesterday o was told to pay my normal subscription fee and I will get reconnected. I did that and still have no viewing. Now the stupid untrained consultant that's assisting me tells me that I have to wait for my escalation to be resolved.

I'm tired of this back and forth. Even looking for an alternative to DSTV because I can't deal with these idiots really.
