Horrible/pathetic service
I had been paying my dstv account on debit order, then in September I wanted to change banking details, I called then and was told that the request will be sent to a certain department and they will contact me the next day I never received a call from them, I called again the next day and was given a ****ty answer, IK was then asked to make an eft which i did, the following month the same thing happened and was told to do an eft, its been 3 or 4 months that they are failing to change my banking details, they deactivated my services and want me to pay the reconnection fee which i will not, I need a manager to contact me as soon as possible to fix this matter!!

06 Jan 2022, 15:51I called Multichoce a few minute ago and spoke to Nelly who did not know what she was doing until my line got cut off she never bothered to call me back, she however confirmed the 24 month contract and the amount which is 250 and odd rends, I then made a payment which I believe is reflecting on your side now, remember is is not my fault that you are failing to amend my banking details which I have given over 3 times already therefore it would be unfair for me to pay the reconnection fee, IK need my services reconnected and an agent to call me as requested so we can sort this debit order issue out .. No one called me since yesterday I had to call in,, WHAT A SERVICE THAT YOU GIVE TO YOUR CLIENTS, NOTE THAT WE PAY FOR THE SERVICES RENDED THEREFORE WE SHOULD BE GIVEN A BETTER SERVICE THAT WHAT WE ARE CURRENTLY GIVEN, I NEED AN AGENT TO CONTACT ME ASAP PLEASE
