HORRIBLE USELESS EMPLOYEES

This is the worst company ever. They hire people that just want to sit around and do nothing all day. I have been waiting for a refund since the beginning of the month. To THIS day I have received nothing. This is my second review and I am FURIOUS. I don't understand why we have to wait eternity for service from then. To top it off they don't give a **** about their customers. The only time you can get help is if you call in to enquire yourself. Other than that, they just don't care.

The people at your finance department are USELESS. This is what happens when you have no respect for your customers. You think because you don't have competition you can treat people as you please. Your service is pathetic, that time we are only watching repeats everyday yet we still pay our monthly subscription. Now you expect me to pay for October when I haven't even received the refund I requested.

Horrible horrible horrible.
