Horrible services DSTV

Dstv downgrades my services without my permission, then makes it my problem regarding the debit order, yet I never missed any paynents. I have spoken to 3 agents, one told me I am not entitled to showmax, then the other told me a double debit can go off on the next debit date and my services will remain active. Wow! My services has been cut off yet again and now I am told services will remain inactive until a payment is made or until next debit order.

I asked the agent to speak to a manager and was told they are unavailable.
