Horrible Services.

Please explain why this account ***4 is still showing an outstanding amount of R209 and services have still not been restored

The initial agreement was R530 with multiple choice for dstv compact and internet. February month no internet was loaded to the accounts thats when my mom decided to cancel the services because its giving her problems. She went to multichoice Carletonville and was told it was cancelled and she would be now paying R300. She has been paying the R300 for 2months end of February/March. End of April she went to make the R300 on the 6th of May. To her surprise she was told she owes R1080 she couldnt understand how so. She went back the next day and was told the account is now owing R680 with the R180 cancelations for internet inclucluded because its a fixed 24 months plan. Went back yesterday was made to 3 payment of R370,R200 and R180 meaning total payment to date is R1050. To her surprise when she gets home her services is still not back on.

I am very upset Dstv why you taking advantage of a 70 year old lady. I am starting to see why people are disconnecting your services. Your internet services is very horrible and inconsistent. Please explain the R209
