HORRIBLE SERVICE WITH DSTV INTERNET CONNECTION

I have been struggling to connect with the DSTV Router since the day I subscribed with them, everyday I have to call them to check why am I being disconned, the addresses were verified and the escalation was made with the reference *** but to day, it is still a struggle, its connect for few hours then the wifi light turns green, the I am disconnected, when call them I will wait for hours while troubleshooting with no results to the router, I use this wifi to connect to my daily meetings, when I tell them to cancel this because its just useless for me, I am now being told to pay the cancelation fee for something that is this pathetic as this DSTV router, I regret taking this option, I could have just taken rain, but because I have been with DSTV for years I then continued to be a loyal customer. but now I regret everyday that my money is going to the drain with this router.
