Horrible service to the core

Thank you Andile for trying to resolve the issue but I guess I have had it with DStv my issue is still not resolved I was told my matter has been handed over to another department, service has been n disconnected I'm on price lock and DStv was supposed to debit R649 including insurance which was the agreement over the recorded line but they decided to try and debit close to R1000 from my account, I've been waiting for someone to call and try and get this resolved and till this day nothing.... I guess this is what you get for being a loyal paying customer for over a decade, they might as well keep their services I can not be calling and visiting the branch every other day 😏
