Horrible service! Should be banned

Horrible and disgusting service ever!!!!!... I called a month ago to say to please stop my service has I no longer in need of it. Due to me having Netflix and wifi at home. I am still been billed for it. Also if it's not being stopped. Best believe I am taking you to social media. People see what they dealing with!!!! Digusting
