Horrible service once again. Due to me cancelling

I made a payment today of 500. I advised are no longing wanting it anymore.. but I'm still disconnected for the and I paid extra for two days. The guy says he will connect it. O did an eft today so might only reflect tomorrow. Please can you reconect me

I called my bank and they said it might only reflect tomorrow. Also I did email the proof of the proof of payment from my bank. You guys are such asses!!@ I would love to report such disgusting services you offer
I am so happy that I am leaving. Worst mistake of my life. Also asked you to connect me back. Cause I did make the payment
