Horrible service from the contact centre

Called Dstv contact centre number ending with 2222 and received horrible service. I called twice to fix an E48 error message and the agent that took the call kept getting distructed and was speaking to someone . For that reason i kept repeating myself. The background was bad as it seemed like she is working from home. The noice was unbearable. I kept asking for her name and was ignored. And by the way this was the 2nd call i had to make for the same error. PATHETIC SERVICE INDEED. I also asked her to call me back and she said she will ask someone to. I doubt that will even happen concidering the incompetence.
