Horrible Service from Multichoice DSTV Price Lock :(

I am having the most horrible experience. I app**** for their price lock on 22 September and I was informed that they will install and deliver the decoder on the 27th or 28th of September 2021. Today it is the 4th of October 2021 when I contact their call Centre they keep on telling me that the matter has been escalated and I will receive a call. Since Saturday I have been calling them to no joy :(
