Horrible service from Multichoice

I have been having a problem with my Explora decoder and I have been going to Multichoice in Pietermaritzburg for the past 3 months. They said the hard drive is ******* i need to get a new decoder but they couldnt help me because they were offline. On friday they said the dont have stock i must come back on tuesday which is today. Now they say they do not know when they are gonna have stock. The telephone number for the shop is not working Please assist
