HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM MULTICHOICE

I have has bad experience with Multichoice regarding my Router that disconnects on daily basis, I have spent hundreds of rands just to get me connected with the services that are paid for, I will hold for more than an hour without being assisted. I am so frustrated now because most of the time I am working from home with meetings, and now I am unable to attend meeting, I had to drive to the office because I cant connect to this Router
