HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM MULTICHOICE

I have payed my monthly subscription for dstv, however I can only view 4 channels, I called them 3 times already since yesterday and none of the consultants I spoke to assisted with my query instead they were rude and arrogant, the level of customer service is pathetic, I have requested a call back from a manager twice already but no one has returned my call thus far!!!
