Horrible service from Mehlale DSTV

I spoke to Mehlale who was extremely rude to me when i called in to enquire about a refund that i requested. The agent sent ne from pillar to post and placing me on hold several times and coming back with no information or assistance to give. When i asked him to provide me with his surname and transfer me to the call survey to rate his service he denied me that knowing very well that the service he provided was very very poor. It is people like him that makes one want to disconnect their service because of the horrible behavior displayed on the call.
