Horrible service from management
Dstv service is horrible , I was promised a 6 months discounted stuff account before I was retrenched , immediately after the retrenchment they disconnected my service and started charging me full subscription amount , when I called their call centre they keep giving me a run around, instead of assisting me I'm being sent from one department to another , no wants to take ownership , they don't show up when you need help , I didn't ask for the retrenchment, service is bad , instead you refer me to Hr how is Hr gonna help me with a subscription related query

02 Dec 2019, 23:28I want my discount for 6 months reinstated and all the extra charges reversed and all the credit refunded back to my bank account , I can't stand people who are *****ing from the poor and lies after lies on top of that empty promises
