Horrible service from DSTV

Keep getting messages for outstanding amounts ranging from R300 to R3500 and they keep disconnecting my service when the account is up to date. The call center agents are useless and only 1 lady, Andeline, was able to assist me but than my service was disconnected again and the 2 call center agents thereafter could not assist. No replies to emails sent and they forever off-line. Guess cancellation is the best option now!!
