Horrible service from Dstv

It's been 3 months that I still did not receive my dstv decorder from price lock. When i queried now they said to me that someone by the name of Steven accepted my decorder and they have been bulling me for 2 months for a decorder I did not revieve

I have made many enquiries and no one can assist me in telling me how they going to resolve this issue

I urgently require this decorder and I cant understand how difficult this can be for Dstv
