Horrible service from DSTV

I mistakenly paid DSTV account 3 weeks ago, I called them more than 6 times to get my refund, they sent me from pillar to post, 2 of the instances the call-center agents made me hold for more than 30 min and did not comeback to me. I sent 5 e-mails, supp**** everything they need (proof of payments & ID copy), still they don't refund me.
