Horrible service from DStv

On the 15th and 16th I asked live chat to activate 1 of my exploras without pvr access however the agent told me that they could not activate it and they have escalated the matter. On the 16th I went back on live chat to check my balance, Mabore Kgopa told me they activated my pvr functions and she can only schedule a cancelation even though I told them I do not want them. She said her manager will call me till today I'm still waiting for the call. I'm unhappy with the service and now I'm forced to pay for something I never wanted. Can someone please assist me because I don't understand why I have to pay for something I don't want.
