HORRIBLE SERVICE EVER!!! I LOOK THROUGH THEIR PAGE AND ALL I SEE IS RATING OF 1 YOU HAVE ALOT OF UNHAPPY AND FRUSTRATED CUSTOMERS OUT THERE. WHAT ARE YOU DOING ABOUT IT MULTICHOICE-you frustrate us more your call center just know how to bring the worst out of us really-this is actually a joke. My story is so long but all i will ask is reconnect my services because we have been without dstv since Sunday, you guys are not very helpful, i get a different story every time i call. regarding payments please check my account -Reference number-*** service i received thus far TERRIBLE HORRIBLE PATHETIC SPOKE TO MELISSA DEJAGER-never kept her promise ZAIN-full of excuses-gave a a so called case number-***7C2 ZAMBUKO NDONYANE--very rude,in-considered-no customer ethics at all BRENT VAN ZYL-is a manager and claims he doesn't have a email address .
