it happens that dstv gave me a promotion without me been aware of the promotion that was running , i phoned their call center they referred me to their walk in center i got there explained my story the guy told me straight that there is nothing he can assist with the people who should resolve my quire was the head office,he further said to me it looks like someone did a mistake and dstv does not want to take blame here , i have send emails ,called their call center each time i call i get a different explanation i requested the recordings the lady promised to call me back and she even refused to give me reference number for the call , i called again on the 22/07/2020 i then spoke to Anele Siu she said to me my matter was resolved they will credit my account with the R297.87 to my surprise nothing like that has been done ,
