Horrible service ever 🚮

What a horrible service from multichoice and it's agents, If I could would have put 0 stars cause what the heck? It's the 6th day today with no internet that I paid for. Their router has no connection and they are unable to fix the issue. They keep on giving me different reference numbers with no help. I even wasted my money and bought external antenna ans installed it as I was advised by one of their technicians, they been telling me to reset, reconfigure but nothing is changing I still have no internet. They giving me the different refence number every day if I'm doing a follow up with the "we've been escalated your issue out team will assist you" like how long do I have to stay with no internet? They can't even refund my money that I paid for the data that I can't use😡😡
