Horrible service

Good day! I trust you are well. Please advise as to what transpired for my account to be as high as R1318. I need an explanation on this issue. Because on the 23rd of April 2023, while using your app and wanted to upgrade the access package to compact on one of my decoders, I clicked on the option but did not select "Get Now" the reason is the satellite dish was not connected yet hence I didn't proceed further. Why was the package upgraded without my consent???
