Horrible service DSTV

Bad service Dstv So after waiting a month for the price lock decoder they now delivered it to the wrong person they want to double bill me for something I have not received

They cant tell me who signed for this and no one even called me confirm a delivery I have not received the decorder

I have never experienced such horrible service from any compay in the life before
