Horrible service

They are billing me for an ZTE internet that i have not even received, every month i have to pay for something that i don't even use, they even added another decoder that i dont I have i only have 1 decoder and i’m expected to pay, i have been calling you guys to cancell but the money keeps being added on my monthly premiums , this morning i could not watch anything because my service was cancelled and i have paid R740, again they have added another disney channel that i have not activated and now they want me to pay the arrears of such services that. Useless service if this is not sorted im going to cancel my account now i understand why people are leaving you guys, every time i get messages of outstanding amount that i have to pay even after paying for what i should,
