Horrible service

It's not good from the 4 January 2022 I am struggling with my account. I did pay R400 on the secure link that was been send by dstv. My money is gone. They contact me after I complained. On hello Peter also. Still they do not care . Yesterday I send a e mail again to danisile ,and also xolisa,that's now my 4 e mails for January. Ref ***. And also proof of payment. Still no replay and no dstv. It's bad .bad.
