Horrible service

I am very much unhappy with the service I’m being overcharged for PVR Access which I don’t use and have never requested for it and no one wants to be blamed here is the reference number:***0 -I388 date 23rd December 2022 and the follow up reference is ***0-I413 date 22 January 2023 assisted by Anethemba who picked up that my access was requested for me and that was without my knowledge
