horrible service by multi choice(dstv)

<p>As a client, I on a number of occasions has requested a certain issue to be cancelled but that hasn't happened and whenever I enquire the feedback is always the same.we have escalated and will escalate again that a respond.now I call and request to be transferred to the appropriate department,I was told that it's not possible and when I got upset and threatened to take it further,the agent proudly and with attitude told me to go ahead.she even gave me her name(kamogelo who reports to Lotshelelo Ncgobo)</p>
