HORRIBLE SERVICE BY DSTV

I think DSTV is not taking good care of its employees. this is the only explanation I can give myself for such repeated nonsense!

I mean how esle can a client be facing one challenge that requires them to spend money on airtime on a weekly basis to resolves one issue for the past three months?

They cut services for no reason they overcharge and dont refund they find ways to put you on two subscriptions when you requested for one. is DSTV that desperate for profits? is it because you do not have competition?
