Horrible service at its best

I’m appealing to all potential DSTV clients not to bother buying a decoder with mutilchoice, I have bought a decoder on the 28/02/2020 at Ackerman’s arcadia ever since I have contacted the so called “accredited installers” by the name of Thabiso and Shadrack and still not one of them has come through to assist with the installation. I have decided to return the decoder back to the store. The lady at Ackerman’s called Shadrack who I have spoken to and requested that I sent him my address via sms and he will come on Saturday 07/03/2020 to install. I have called him several times to remind him but nothing happen, so I give up. I’m getting a sense that Mutichoice has a lot of customers and they cannot meet the demand so I don’t think I would like add to their current problems, I’d rather subscribe to Netflix where the process is simple , so to other people out there STAY AWAY FROM MULTICHOICE.
