Horrible Service at DSTV Witbank

My decoder stopped working 3 weeks ago and we immediately took it to DSVT at Klipfontein Witbank to have it fixed for a possible exchange. The ladies working at that dirty office are rude, unprofessional and don’t help us a community of Witbank. This morning we went there yet again our decoder is still not fixed and they don’t have stock to give us. We forcefully took the decoder because 3 weeks later we cannot watch DSTV but we are paying. Please have a look into it because this is ridiculous, what’s the point of having this office if it’s useless like this.
