Horrible service and overcharging!

I just spoke to a Guguletu via live chat asking her to explain to me why my balance is increasing daily. And she ended the chat without explaining the reason for the daily increases. Secondly, dstv quoted me an amount on Saturday, I paod the amount immediately through their app, and then suddenly they tell me that I paid a short amount. What type of BS is that?! Now they disconnected some of my services and I paid them the money they quoted me.
