Horrible service

Who still calls a call centre these day and age? I have been requested to call the contact centre for unlocking my streaming account. Their WhatsApp options are out dated and you constantly chatting to a robot. I even emailed all required Infor but issue is still NOT resolved, No call from and agent there. This is my final month with this poor service provider and I will look to other options
