Horrible service

I am Agnes a loyal DSTV payer but got disappointed by your service, as a pensioner who enjoy watching stories but soon to switch to online should this problem persist. I have a problem with my dstv account I have been paying every month I have never missed a payment yet my dstv is off regarding the matter that I owe money when I have never missed a payment My dstv account number is *** and the amount I pay every month is R140 , my current contact details are +*** and the number I used to register for the dstv is *** but I'm no longer using it May you please contact me to find a way forward so that I can know if something has been added to my account or rather that the payments is no longer R140 ?
