Horrible service

I called maponya mall for an upgrade on the 20th wich they advised that i must go to them as they cant do upgrade over the phone on the 21st today im at maponya i got there at 14:20 i joined the que outside the store 30 minutes later a guy from the store told me that i need to go out of the mall where i must join the que when i asked where he was all the time he called security guards on me the humiliation as if i stole something to cut the story short he told me hes been there for 5 years he even told the cashiers not to attend me im. Not disputing the fact that there are ques but he cant disappear for 30 minutes and more and come back to tell me where the que is im really dissapointed with the treatment i got meaning i couldn't upgrade.
