Horrible service

DSTV is horrible.

I paid my Dstv, router, and data subscription fees on time, but I noticed that my data was not loaded, I inquired and that was sorted, however few days later another data that I had not approved was loaded.

Despite contacting agent multiple times no resolution was provided to reverse the data, Now, I'm unable to pay my DSTV bill due to the unauthorized charges, and the lack of assistance from DSTV is becoming a recurring issue. I'm even considering canceling my subscription. POOR SERVICE ‼️‼️
