Horrible service

<p>I bought a decoder, called Ellies and also did a online booking for the installation. The installer came in and wanted to charge me an additional R1000 when the installation was free. I requested for another installer who was suppose to come out today 08/12/2016. When I called to confirm the time, the consultant says that my information is not on the system and no installer was located. Further more the lady who logged in the service for today does not exist. There is no one by the name of Lerato working for Ellies. I have repeatly given my details to Ellies and as usual my details is not on the system. DSTV if you want to sell decoders on a special deal you rather use a proper installation company and not Ellies</p>
