Horrible service

<p>1. Every month on the last day of the month they are off line.</p> <p>Something needs to be done about this - as I wanted to change my package now I don't think I will do it - all my payments are getting done at other stores and I feel this is so unprofessional due to many people getting paid on the last day of the month! Even complained at headoffice and NOTHING WAS DONE! </p>
