Horrible service

Worst service ever, I upgraded my package and payed the amount required for the upgrade however my service is downgraded back to the old package. Please fix this...

My services were reconnected on the upgraded package but they didn't explain why i was downgraded whereas a payment was done for the upgrade.I asked how much will be debited on my debit date but the was no response.
